We’re looking for a proactive and creative Senior Outreach Officer to take a central role in our Widening Participation programme, supporting under-represented groups to engage with and progress into university.
- You’ll design and deliver an inspiring, year-round programme of outreach activities including workshops, subject taster days, residential events and school visits – both on campus and in schools across the regions.
- This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.
- You’ll contribute significantly to our UniConnect partnership, strengthen relationships with schools and community groups, and help develop engaging resources.
- You’ll also support the evaluation and reporting of activity to inform future outreach planning.
About you:
- You are an excellent communicator, organised, and driven by a commitment to widening access.
- Experience engaging young people through events or education, you’ll bring creativity, strong planning skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Confident working independently, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are open to travel and working flexible hours.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
