About the Role:
- Provide daily care and exercise for horses under the Equine Therapy Centre Manager's direction
- Assist in all learning, research, and commercial activities within the Centre
- Support veterinary surgeons and physiotherapists in delivering and monitoring rehabilitation programmes
- Manage case admissions and discharges
- Support the Equine Therapy Centre Assistant Manager in the organisation and delivery of out-patient appointments for water treadmill exercise
- Train and exercise horses on both high-speed and water treadmills for the purpose of teaching, tours and research
About You:
- Experience with competition horses and high standards of care
- Competency in ground schooling and handling fresh/fit horses
- Strong communication, teamwork, and observational skills
- Interest in equine veterinary medicine/physiotherapy
