About the Role

This is an exciting teaching opportunity within Hartpury’s FE Agriculture department to apply industry knowledge while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
- To deliver exceptional teaching by sharing your knowledge and passion which will assist students to achieve excellent results within an exam-based agriculture qualification.
- Applications will be considered across a range of specialist areas, Livestock, Crop Production, Mechanisation & Business, with full-time roles available.
- To inspire students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of Agriculture, instilling in them a passion to build a deep appreciation for the sector.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records on student/trainee progress using this information to monitor achievement and inform teaching and support for all learners.
About You
- You are keen to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering outstanding teaching and keeping agriculture at the cutting edge.
- Ideally you will be able to demonstrate previous teaching experience, however, a passion for sharing your industry experience with our students is what makes the real impact.
- You bring real-world agricultural expertise and want to inspire future professionals.
- You hold (or are willing to gain) a teaching qualification, with full support from Hartpury.
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable, but strong industry experience is highly valued.
- You will be a strong team player, have excellent administration skills and demonstrate a willingness to engage with external partners and industry.
