The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To work closely with the academic department and Employability, Skills and Careers teams to ensure that work placements are coordinated, approved and completed by college students. Carry out pre-placement health and safety visits and progress reviews of students whilst on placement. Develop and maintain relationships and systems that support the College work placement process, being mindful of current legislation and best practice.
About You
- Interest and experience in the Land-Based Sector, particularly Agriculture and Animal Management
- Strong communication skills and an approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively with team members, students, parents, and employers
- Commitment to maintaining strong industry links to support future placements
- Full driving licence required and a willingness to use own vehicle when pool cars are unavailable, for student placement visits (mileage expenses for placement visits can be claimed back)
