The predicted salary is between 16871 - 18851 £ per year.

This permanent, part‑time (minimum 25 hours per week) role coordinates a diverse portfolio of events, ensuring they are delivered to a consistently high standard and within agreed timelines. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, support event budgeting and invoicing, and promote the Event Services function across Hartpury.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a diverse portfolio of events, ensuring they are delivered to a consistently high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide professional and consistent support during events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
  • Oversee event budgets, contracts and invoicing, maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
  • Support the development and implementation of event policies, guidance and best practices across Hartpury.
  • Maintain effective event management systems and reporting tools to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Promote the Event Services function externally, encouraging cost‑effective, high‑quality and strategically beneficial events at Hartpury.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance and inclusivity in all aspects of event planning and delivery.

About you

  • Proven client‑facing experience, working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all levels.
  • The ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Proficiency in relevant event management systems and software.
  • A professional and flexible approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
