About the Role

  • Administration of student assessments and related processes, and attending meetings.
  • Support for student enrolment and graduation.
  • Work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them.
  • Provide advice and guidance through telephone, e‑mail and face‑to‑face support systems.
  • Respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.

About You

  • Experience working in a busy administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a desire for accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various channels.
  • Previous experience in higher education.
