About the Role
The main Hartpury reception in the Student Zone provides an excellent customer experience to all our students and visitors to the campus. Acting as a focal point for all non-academic student queries, this is a great opportunity for someone to join our busy team to act as first point of contact for all enquiries (face‑to‑face, telephone and email). Your role will be varied and include reception and general administrative duties, responding to student, staff and visitor queries and managing Hartpury’s post. Outside of academic term time, the role supports Hartpury’s summer conferencing business.
About You
- You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- You will be IT literate, well organised and a strong team player.
- Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a customer‑facing role.
