About the Role

  • Support the delivery of an efficient and student focused finance service for both current and prospective students
  • Act as a key point of contact for student finance enquiries, providing information and guidance on a range of funding options
  • Help students access bursaries, scholarships, loans and other financial assistance schemes available to support their studies
  • Build positive working relationships with students, colleagues and external organisations to ensure a high-quality service

About You

  • Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Have experience working in a busy administrative, finance or customer focused environment
  • Possess strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
