The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
You will be expected to deliver exceptional teaching on our BTEC Level 3 UPS programmes which will assist students to achieve excellent results. There may be the possibility of delivering on some other BTEC Sport and Outdoor Activities courses.
As a personal tutor, you will advise and guide individuals in their progress, success and career aspirations. Inspiring students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of the relevant industries, you will instil in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding.
Qualifications
- Hold a teaching qualification or have a willingness to complete one.
- Possess a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of delivering on the new Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 3 BTEC in UPS within the FE sector would be advantageous.
- It is desirable that applicants hold relevant National Governing Body Awards in land‑based activities. These are to include Walking (Mountain Leaders Summer Award), Climbing (Climbing Wall Instructor Award) and hold a valid First Aid qualification.
