This is an exciting opportunity to lead the asset management and capital programme for Hartpury's diverse portfolio of educational and specialist estate. Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects, ensuring successful outcomes in terms of quality, budget, and timescales
- Develop and implement asset management and estate improvement plans that support the long-term sustainability, resilience, and performance of the campus
- Drive initiatives that enhance the student and staff experience through well-planned estate development and space utilisation
- Provide specialist advice on estate projects, asset management, compliance, and property related health and safety matters
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable estate solutions
- Lead, develop, and support a team, creating a positive, inclusive, and high performing working environment
- You will be an experienced estates professional, able to demonstrate:
- a strong track record of delivering change and enhancing estate performance through both asset management and project delivery.
- Innovation and the ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery and competing priorities, using data analysis.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build d effective ancollaborative relationships
- Commercial and financial acumen and a commitment to delivering excellent service and creating positive outcomes for students, staff, and visitors
- An interest in developing sustainable, efficient, and future ready estate environments
