About the Role
- Support the growth and professional operation of the Digital Innovation Farm (DIF) in line with the Hartpury 2030 Strategy.
- Provide day-to-day on-site administrative and operational support, acting as a first point of contact for enquiries and visitors.
- Coordinate room bookings, meetings and facility scheduling to support DIF activities.
- Assist with the planning, set-up, delivery and close-down of events, workshops and industry engagement activities.
- Provide hands-on, on-the-day event support and manage post-event follow-up and record keeping.
- Support marketing and communications activity, including event listings, mailouts, contact databases and engagement data.
- Work closely with DIF, farm, academic and marketing teams to ensure effective coordination and a professional, customer-focused environment.
About You
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, with strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Experience providing administrative, customer-facing and on-site operational support in a busy environment.
- Ability and willingness to support hands-on event delivery, including set-up, room reconfiguration and bookings, with familiarity using platforms such as Eventbrite.
- Experience supporting events, engagement and marketing activity, with an interest in agriculture, agri-tech, innovation or industry-facing work.
