A minimum of 37.5 hours per week Permanent

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings.
  • You will be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation.
  • You will work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them.
  • You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice and guidance through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.

About You

  • Experience of working within a busy administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a desire to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
  • Previous experience of higher education.
