Our client is a well-established roofing contractor delivering projects across the commercial and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Contract Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects. This opportunity is also open to an experienced Roofing Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Foreman or Senior Roofer who is looking to progress off the tools into a management role. Full support will be provided for the right individual.
The Role
As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple roofing contracts simultaneously.
- Planning programmes of work and coordinating labour and subcontractors.
- Carrying out regular site visits and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their main point of contact.
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Managing project budgets, variations and commercial performance.
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
