This opportunity is also open to an experienced Contract Manager, Roofing supervisor, Foreman or Roofer who is looking to progress off the tools into a management role.

The Role As Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple roofing contracts simultaneously.
Planning programmes of work and coordinating labour and subcontractors.
Carrying out regular site visits and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their main point of contact.
Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
Managing project budgets, variations and commercial performance.
