The Role
As Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing multiple roofing contracts simultaneously.
- Planning programmes of work and coordinating labour and subcontractors.
- Carrying out regular site visits and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their main point of contact.
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Managing project budgets, variations and commercial performance.
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all sites.
- Attending site meetings and resolving any project issues.
- Producing site reports and keeping project documentation up to date.
- Working closely with the directors and office team to ensure projects run smoothly.
