We are now looking for Business Development Consultants to join our growing team, with start dates available in September 2026 and January 2027. This is a sales role. It is demanding, fast-paced and requires resilience, consistency and a strong work ethic. Recruitment and executive search can involve long hours, challenging conversations and high expectations. For the right person, it offers exceptional development, progression and earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Researching specialist life sciences markets and identifying high-quality candidates
  • Approaching and engaging professionals across your market
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Supporting senior consultants on retained search assignments
  • Learning how to qualify opportunities, manage processes and deliver excellent service
  • Developing deep knowledge of your chosen market and the companies operating within it
  • Contributing to a high-performance, values-led team culture
  • Managing sales activity with focus discipline and consistency

Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience is not essential. However, B2B sales experience would be highly advantageous, particularly if you have experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, account management or working to targets.
