This is a high-impact commercial role suited to an individual who operates at a consistently high level, brings a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals, and takes genuine pride in delivering a best-in-class client experience.
This role offers the opportunity to work with large, sophisticated customers, managing complex sales cycles and acting as a trusted commercial partner to branded supplement companies across Europe. Success in this position requires commercial rigour, attention to detail, and technical credibility, alongside the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive new business development across key European dietary supplement markets
- Own and close high-value, complex CMO sales opportunities, from initial engagement through to long-term manufacturing agreements
- Build and manage relationships with senior commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of formulations, manufacturing processes and regulatory considerations
- Work closely with internal technical, regulatory, quality and operations teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting
- Represent the business professionally at key European industry events
