You will:
- Lead and scale the Clinical Operations function globally
- Drive execution of first-in-human and later-stage gene therapy trials
- Oversee CROs, vendors, and international investigator sites
- Build and implement clinical development operational strategy
- Partner closely with Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Translational teams
What We’re Looking For
- Significant leadership experience in Clinical Operations (biotech/pharma)
- Strong background in gene therapy, rare disease, or CNS trials
- Proven delivery of early-phase and/or registrational studies
- Deep understanding of global clinical trial execution
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
