An established organisation within the diagnostics and healthcare sector is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive new business growth across a defined territory, supporting the sales of its autoimmunity diagnostics portfolio. This field-based role is focused on identifying, winning, and converting new opportunities, before developing those customers into long-term strategic accounts.
- Lead complex, long-term tender processes from opportunity identification through to successful award;
- Transition newly won business into well-managed strategic accounts, ensuring long-term growth and retention;
- Act as the primary customer contact, coordinating internal expertise to deliver a high-quality customer experience;
- Prepare and support pricing, quotations, bids, and tender submissions;
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting and sales reporting.
Degree-level education (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory medicine;
Proven track record in sales within IVD, medical devices, and/or diagnostics;
Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and influencing skills;
Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based role.
