Head of Research & Development – Diagnostics
Hartmann Young is partnered with an exciting company, providing diagnostic solutions across parasitology, microbiology and environmental testing. We\’re looking to add a Head of Research & Development to the team, to drive product development from concept to market. You\’ll lead a talented team, enhance existing products and pioneer new technologies, ensuring company solutions remain cutting-edge.
The role
- Leading the research, design and development of new products.
- Improving and validating existing products for continuous innovation.
- Managing patents, R&D tax credits and regulatory documentation.
- Provide training and technical expertise across teams.
- Support commercialisation and market launch with technical marketing materials.
The person
For this position, we\’re looking for someone with existing experience working in a Research & Development team in IVD. Ideally, you\’ll be looking to manage and grow a team, with a passion for innovation in diagnostics.
