Hartmann Young are partnered with a growing CRO on a brand new position. This role will bring structure and scalability to the proposals and contracts function. You’ll lead RFP responses, budget development, and contract negotiations, partnering closely with BD, Clinical Operations, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFP and proposal development
- Prepare budgets aligned to scope and delivery capability
- Draft and negotiate CDAs, MSAs, PSAs/Work Orders & CTAs
- Implement clear processes, tracking, and reporting (incl. win/loss analysis)
- Ensure smooth transition from award to project start
Requirements
- 3+ years’ proposals and contracts experience within a CRO/biotech/pharma environment
- Strong understanding of clinical trial delivery and CRO commercial models
- Financial awareness (budgeting, margin considerations)
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and collaborative
