We’re supporting an innovative health technology company entering a key commercial growth phase.
Following early UK traction, the focus is on NHS reimbursement, procurement, and commercial expansion across EMEA.
This role blends market access with commercial execution, ideal for someone experienced in getting medical devices adopted, reimbursed, and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive NHS engagement to secure regional and national adoption for a medical device
- Lead pilot evaluation strategy and conversion to funded ICB business cases
- Navigate procurement frameworks (e.g. NHS Supply Chain, tenders)
- Align market access and sales strategies to accelerate commercial rollout
- Build relationships with clinicians, commissioners and procurement leads
- Feed payer, procurement and clinical insights into pricing and GTM strategy
- Support EMEA access and distribution strategy as the business scales
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in market access, NHS business development or commercial roles in medtech or medical devices
- Strong understanding of NHS commissioning, procurement, and reimbursement pathways
- Experience turning pilots or evaluations into funded rollouts
- Comfortable engaging with clinical, payer, and procurement stakeholders
- NICE Medtech engagement experience desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a scale-up environment
- EMEA access or distributor experience a plus
