Hartmann Young are working on a confidential search with an innovative UK-based Life Sciences start-up poised for rapid growth across Europe. This dynamic company is now looking to appoint a Business Development Lead to drive new business and strategic partnerships across European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and develop new commercial partnerships across Europe
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings
- Build and nurture relationships with professionals in pharma, biotech and biopharma companies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our positioning and offerings
- Leverage CRM tools for structured outreach and follow-up
Preferred Experience:
- MSc of PhD in Life Sciences
- 2-3 years industry experience
- Ability to navigate and utilise CRM systems
- Willingness to travel (Up to 50%)
- Knowledge within the drug discovery space
- Able to work cross-functionally with technical specialists
- Proven presentation, teamwork and communication skills
