Hartmann Young are working on a confidential search with an innovative UK-based Life Sciences start-up poised for rapid growth across Europe. This dynamic company is now looking to appoint a Business Development Lead to drive new business and strategic partnerships across European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and develop new commercial partnerships across Europe
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings
  • Build and nurture relationships with professionals in pharma, biotech and biopharma companies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our positioning and offerings
  • Leverage CRM tools for structured outreach and follow-up

Preferred Experience:

  • MSc of PhD in Life Sciences
  • 2-3 years industry experience
  • Ability to navigate and utilise CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel (Up to 50%)
  • Knowledge within the drug discovery space
  • Able to work cross-functionally with technical specialists
  • Proven presentation, teamwork and communication skills
