Are you a Data Engineer who wants to own a platform end to end, not just maintain it? I'm working with a regulated business in the insurance sector who are investing seriously in their data platform. They need someone who can take data from raw ingestion through to insights that actually drive decisions.
What you'll be working on:
- Building scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark in Azure Databricks
- Designing and maintaining ADF-based ingestion workflows across multiple sources
- Creating semantic models and Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders
- Contributing to Lakehouse architecture and supporting ML pipeline integration
- Working in an Agile/DevOps environment with CI/CD practices
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills
- Hands-on Azure experience - Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake
- Comfort working in a regulated environment where data quality matters
- Power BI experience
Nice to have:
