An established global SaaS business is looking for a Senior Program Manager to take ownership of one of their key client verticals. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for someone who's as comfortable in the numbers as they are in the room with clients.
You'll be leading the teams and programmes that support your assigned accounts, owning revenue forecasting and growth targets, and staying close to the client relationship long after the deal is signed, covering renewals, roadmaps, and proactive account management. You'll also be the person clients turn to when something needs resolving, and the one Sales leans on when shaping proposals for new and existing business.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and directing programme delivery across your assigned client vertical
- Owning monthly revenue forecasting and tracking against targets
- Building and maintaining senior client relationships, from renewals to escalations
- Partnering with Sales on proposals and new opportunities
- Managing distributed teams across time zones in a matrix environment
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in client services, account management, or enterprise software/solutions
- A track record of owning revenue against targets, not just delivering projects
- Comfortable navigating enterprise sales and budget cycles
- Strong communicator, confident leading without direct authority
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
This is a hybrid role based out of a London-area office, with some international travel expected (up to 10%).
