I'm working with an exceptional YC-backed InsurTech in London that's gone from £0 to multi-million ARR in just 12 months and is looking for Product Engineers to join their founding engineering team. Despite being early-stage, they're already punching well above their weight – with major UK insurers onboarded and serious production systems live at scale. This is a rare opportunity to get in at the ground floor of something special.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shaping the engineering culture and technical standards from day one
  • Building features that directly impact major enterprise customers

The tech:

  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • TypeScript / React
  • GCP

What’s in it for you:

  • Direct impact on product and company direction
  • Work with experienced founders backed by Y Combinator
  • Based in London (30 remote days per year)

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong full-stack experience with a frontend lean
  • Commercial experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js
  • Someone who thrives in high-intensity, fast-paced, ambiguous environments
