I’m working with an early-stage AI company that’s solving a genuinely difficult problem around organisational intelligence, enterprise AI adoption, and decision-making. They’ve already built strong traction through founder-led sales and partnerships — now they’re looking for their first dedicated GTM hire to help scale outbound and generate enterprise opportunities. This is not a typical SDR role.
You’ll be speaking with:
- PE firms
- portfolio companies
- enterprise leaders
- transformation consultancies
- senior stakeholders exploring AI adoption
The founders are looking for someone who can:
- build trust quickly
- hold intelligent commercial conversations
- open doors through outbound
- operate comfortably in ambiguity
- represent a highly consultative AI product credibly
You probably:
- have 2–5 years experience
- come from SaaS, consulting, automation, AI or transformation
- are naturally personable
- don’t sound “salesy”
- are commercially sharp
- are happy picking up the phone
- thrive in startup environments
This role would suit someone from companies like: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Celonis, Palantir, Dataiku, enterprise AI consultancies, transformation firms, or similar environments.
