A fast-growing UK technology business in the ground transportation sector is looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join a close-knit engineering team. Their platforms run 24/7 supporting mission-critical workflows, and with major contracts landing later this year, they need a strong technical voice to help the team scale.

This is not a people management role. You will be the go-to technical reference for a 10-person dev team - guiding architectural decisions, mentoring through code reviews, and driving AI adoption across the full development lifecycle.

The stack: C#/.NET, Vue.js, TypeScript, Azure Service Bus, Docker, Kubernetes.

The team is flat, experienced, and collaborative - The culture is startup-like in pace and pragmatism.
