The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Based in Basingstoke to work across Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey - Monday to Friday.

As a wet waste tanker driver, you will be working on key contracts to empty waste tanks and effluent, providing our customers with the highest quality service.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily vehicle checks for defects and report to manager to organise repairs.
  • Collection and delivery of liquid sludge within our area.
  • Due to the nature of the locations of our collections, there will be a degree of rural driving.
  • Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Making sure your cab and your vehicle is always clean and tidy.
  • Driving the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law, with tachograph regulations and driver hour limits.
  • Following all company Health & Safety guidelines and work to the company standard operating procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Must have a valid HGV Class 2 licence.
  • Must have had previous HGV driving experience.
  • Must have a valid CPC / Tachograph licence.
  • Must be well presented and physically fit.
  • Experience of working with vacuum tankers and waste is advantageous but full training will be given.
  • Excellent organisation skills and used to working to deadlines.
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Confident, polite and a team player.
