This is a great opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join a well-established, £20 million-turnover professional consultancy. You’ll be working with a bespoke .NET-based system that has evolved over the last 20 years and now needs a clear review, development planning, and future direction.

You’ll be working with a platform that’s grown over the last 20 years. Built on a .NET platform, it plays a key role in how the business operates day-to-day. The system has grown complex over time and is now ready for a fresh set of eyes.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll be the go-to for all things system-related. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Ops Board, team members, valuers, and external service providers to figure out what’s working well, what needs fixing, and what could be better.
  • Managing two team members who help keep things running smoothly.
  • Reviewing the current system to understand how it’s built, identify areas for improvement, and finding ways to make it work better for both internal teams and clients.
  • Working closely with valuers to understand their needs and make sure the system supports both client and official requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll have solid experience in systems analysis, with strong SQL skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and other systems for reporting and management.

The role offers hybrid working, typically requiring two days in the office and the rest from home. The package includes a competitive salary, bonus, and car allowance.
