The Office Manager Role: Working within a supportive team, where you'll be managing a wide range of office based administrative tasks. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented position that requires someone who is confident managing a small admin team and able to stay organised while juggling multiple priorities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Complaint Handling, answering incoming customer calls and responding to queries
  • Organising dispatch and preparing delivery paperwork
  • Monitoring level of stock
  • Updating records and managing order status updates
  • Inputting finance details and assisting with invoicing
  • Ensuring business documentation is up to date.
  • Supporting other admin tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly

The Ideal Candidate for the Office Manager Position: Strong experience in administration and customer service. You should be comfortable using computers, confident communicating with customers by phone and email, and able to stay organised while managing multiple tasks. A positive attitude, good time management, and a willingness to learn new processes are all important for success in this role.

Additional Information: Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Benefits include free parking and an annual bonus.
