An established international manufacturer are seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join its Engineering team. This company have invested in the introduction of Cobots and various automated production lines and are forward thinking, so you will find the environment a fantastic place to grow your career. This opportunity would suit a graduate or early-career Mechanical Engineer.
The Graduate Manufacturing role is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in supporting and improving manufacturing processes. Responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and resolving issues that arise in the manufacturing process
- Supporting improvements to production methods and manufacturing technologies
- Lots of PMFEA work
- Maintaining production documentation
- Assisting with the introduction of new products into manufacturing
- Contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects
- Supporting equipment improvements
- Communicating ideas and findings clearly with colleagues across the team
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering qualification in Mechanical/Manufacture Engineering, and be looking to start or develop their career within manufacturing engineering. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and good communication skills are essential.
