The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key customer accounts and will act as the main point of contact for customer queries, orders, and account support. Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a high level of customer service to key commercial accounts
- Responding to customer queries and providing timely updates
- Assisting with order processing and tracking existing orders
