The main focus of this role is credit control and administration, working with a customer base and supporting the smooth running of credit control processes. The role would suit someone with experience within accounts, someone who enjoys organisation and administration, and someone confident communicating with customers to ensure timely payments. This is a varied position where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload while working within a supportive team environment.
The Role
- Managing the credit control inbox and customer account queries
