We are currently recruiting for a temporary Warehouse Assistant to join a lovely and well-established company based in Chandlers Ford. This is a busy, hands-on role where you will become part of a friendly and supportive warehouse team, assisting with picking and packing customer orders. The environment is fast-paced but enjoyable, with a motivated team who take pride in their work – many of whom have been with the business for years. This position is initially temporary for 4 to 6 weeks, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is a varied and physically active role within a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing items to meet daily targets and customer expectations. Attention to detail and efficiency are key. As you settle into the role, there will be opportunities to gain experience in additional areas of the warehouse operation, offering scope to develop your skills further.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience working within a warehouse or similar environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to perform well under pressure. We are looking for someone who works well as part of a small team, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in doing a job well. Reliability is essential, and you must be available to start at short notice.
