This Head of Manufacturing Operations role will be the engine room of the business, responsible for Production and Supply Chain, Customer Support, IT and Compliance. The company is a world class technology business, they have an excellent reputation and it is a fantastic place to work.
The Role
- Reporting directly to the COO and based in the office, a summary of the four pillars of the role is as follows:
- Supply chain Production – Oversee the end to end lifecycles, from procurement and manufacturing to the global shipping of thousands of devices annually
- Customer Support – Lead the small technical support team to deliver customer excellence, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive in-life support
- IT – Empower the team with the tools they need to stay productive. You’ll own the ISO27001 certification and responsibility for digital security
- Facilities Compliance – Act as guardian of quality and safety standards, maintaining ISO9001 and ISO45001.
