We are looking for an IT Administrator to provide basic IT and website support to users.

This is an ongoing temporary position and would suit someone with an interest in IT, previous admin/support experience, or a recent graduate looking to gain experience.

This role will be working part time working 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Role

You will be a first point of contact for IT and website-related queries, handling around 10 calls per day.

Most queries will be straightforward, such as

  • Password resets
  • Login and access issues
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Website queries

More technical issues can be escalated to the wider team, so you won't be expected to know everything from day one. Full support will be provided.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who

  • Is confident using computers and technology

Previous IT experience is beneficial but not essential. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
