An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at Hartley Home Care Ltd. We are an established family run company who have been providing care for people in their own homes for 30 years. We provide support to people in our local community, and your role will be to access and ask our clients about the service we provide, making sure we are keeping to our high standards of care.
You will be responsible for recording clients' experiences with our service and asking them various questions.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- The ability and willingness to travel across Camelford, Bodmin, Wadebridge, Launceston and surrounding areas to complete home-based meetings
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
