We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Team Manager to join our Through Care Team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled and committed team that provides high-quality support to children and young people in our care, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.

About You
You will hold a recognised Social Work qualification at degree or diploma level (or equivalent) and have substantial post-qualifying experience working with children and families. You will be passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children, confident in leading and developing others, and committed to delivering high-quality social work practice.
