Active Hartlepool currently operates out of Mill House Leisure Centre, Headland Sports Centre, Brierton Sports Centre and Summerhill Country Park.
With our new active wellbeing hub, Highlight, set to open in spring 2026.

What is the job?
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment across the Active Hartlepool service to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers accessing our services.
Providing a first-class customer experience dealing with enquires over the phone, in person, on-line and by email.
What do I need?
- Through our in house training we will provide you with all the training and support you need to get you up to speed.
All you need to be a success is: A passion for helping others and delivering a first-class customer service
- Enthusiastic and able to promote the Active Hartlepool service
- An ability to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life
- To be a team player who is not afraid to try something new
- Experience of cashing handling
