We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Diabetes Practice Nurse to join our supportive practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred diabetes care and make a real difference in our community.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Experience in diabetes care (primary care or community setting)

  • Diabetes qualification (or willingness to undertake training) desirable
