We are looking for a full‑time Administrator (37.5 hours per week) to provide receptionist, switchboard, and other administrative functions within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Audio‑typing and clinical coding
- Referral processing and scanning
- Answering telephone calls to patients during busy periods
- All general administrative duties required to support the practice

- Previous experience in a GP practice

- Diplomatic, patient, and tenacious attitude with a good sense of humour

The practice is located at Tennant Street, Stockton, with easy access to the A66 and A19. It is a semi new‑build with excellent facilities and a friendly atmosphere. The team consists of 14,500 patients, 9 GPs, a practice pharmacist, 3 nurse practitioners, 5 nurses, and 3 health care assistants. We operate 5 days a week, closed on weekends and bank holidays.
