Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Assistant Director, Education, Aspirations and Achievement, driving improvements in education, inclusion and opportunity across the borough.

You will lead a diverse portfolio including school improvement, SEND reform, early years, skills and employability, and strategic planning, working with schools, trusts, colleges and health partners to raise outcomes for children and young people.
