Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director, Children and Families to lead a wide portfolio including safeguarding, child protection, children in care, fostering and adoption, residential services, care leavers, youth justice and family support.

You will work with senior colleagues to drive improvement, champion high-quality practice and ensure timely support for children and families, with a focus on improving outcomes across the borough.
