Are you ready to hit the ground running in a busy, high-value residential property department? Hartlaw LLP is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, CILEX, or Paralegal) to join our team and provide a bespoke service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds, and transfers of equity.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain excellent client accessibility and communication.
- Ensure good financial management of files.
- Support the firm in achieving and maintaining accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS.
- At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions.
- Committed to client care and high professional standards.
- Experience working with quality standards (Lexcel/CQS) is desirable.
