To design the electrical hardware, control panels, electrical schematics, wiring and circuit diagrams for an established but growing high speed machinery manufacturer.

Using E-Plan / EPlan P8 as your main design tool, but possibly Autocad Electrical would work just as well, you will use your experience to design the electrical control systems, machine safety systems and control panels for each one-off project, often joining in with PLC programmers to complete each project.

If you have some PLC programming skills that might need upgrading, you can join in on this aspect of the work too to sharpen them - but your main role will be that of the Electrical Design Engineer.
