If you have an Instrumentation, Control Engineering troubleshooting, fault finding background, you'll fit into this team. Our clients are based in Kent, and have a massive infrastructure of electrical, power, safety systems, and systems monitoring every part of the process. Their Controls Engineering team is in charge of the maintenance and development of these assets, and they need to add to the team.
Using your Control and Instrumentation experience, you will be assisting in the maintenance, fault finding, and upgrade of PC based monitoring systems, monitoring instrumentation, sensors (gas, fire, process instrumentation), industrial networks. Improving the system with various project work, and keeping the systems live, compliant, functioning and safe. Instrumentation and Control Engineering experience is the important bit.
If you have worked on PLC DCS or SCADA based control systems, it would be a good background, but the company operates several bespoke systems, and training can be given on these.
