About the Role
Due to an increased workload, we are looking for two Reliability Engineers with experience in thermography and condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, acoustic monitoring, and oil sampling. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on predictive maintenance and machinery reliability across multiple customer sites in the North West.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thermography inspections (thermal imaging) on rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, and process machinery.
- Conduct condition-based maintenance (CBM) tests and improve predictive maintenance strategies.
- Support customers in enhancing asset reliability and reducing downtime.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in maintenance engineering or reliability engineering.
- Ideally Level 1 or Level 2 Vibration Analysis or Condition Monitoring certification.
- Hands-on experience with thermography and other CBM techniques.
