Hartland Recruitment has been asked to find a Service & Commissioning Engineer for a leading Process Equipment company. You will join a team responsible for installation, commissioning, fault finding, maintenance, and repair of PLC controlled thermal oxidation, steam boiler, gas burner, combustion, cooking, liquids heating, and industrial process heating equipment.

You will be based somewhere between Leicester and Cambridge, working from home and covering customer sites in the UK and some overseas - safe areas only. You will be servicing and maintaining process steam, gas, thermal industrial boiler burner equipment and machinery in the process, food to chemical industries, for a busy company working with many internationally known customers.

Mechanical machinery repair, some electrical fault finding, wiring, and PLC diagnostics ability are ideal experiences. Experience of working on marine or industrial combustion, thermal, steam powered equipment, process heating, gas burners, incinerators, pressure vessels, liquid heating cooking vats, pumps, valves, piping, etc. is all useful.

You will receive a basic salary in the £40K's, earn extra from paid overtime, an annual bonus, and year in, year out, the earnings can be high. Plus a car, holidays, pension, healthcare, and other benefits. People tend to stay with this Company for long periods.
