Join Hartford HealthCare (HHC), Connecticut's most comprehensive, integrated health care system, as the Chief of Endocrinology. We are seeking experienced Endocrinologists to lead our Diabetes and Endocrinology services in Norwich, Connecticut, and the East Region. This full-time leadership role is ideal for fellowship-trained endocrinologists with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, who are eligible to practice or obtain licensure in Connecticut. We welcome BE or BC candidates, including new graduates and H1B visa holders.

Responsibilities
- Supervise providers and educators on-site, including annual review and privileging
- Collaborate with the Administrative Director on daily operations
- Develop and enhance inpatient and outpatient programs, including recruitment efforts
- Participate in quality and risk management for services at Backus Hospital and Hartford HealthCare Medical Group
- Implement protocols aligned with HHC standards for the Endocrine Service Line
- Engage in quality safety meetings, endocrine councils, and other committees as needed
